Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders placed between 8am and 5pm weekdays (Mon-Fri) same day for next day* delivery.
When your package has been shipped and you receive your shipping confirmation email, please allow the necessary delivery time.
Your order may arrive in an Amazon box, as we use Amazon to fulfil some of our products.
Shipping is FREE for all UK orders over £25. Standard shipping for orders under £25 is £3.99. Shipping to countries outside of the UK is currently unavailable but we are hoping to make this available again in early 2024.
All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payments are made and shipping costs may vary based on volume ordered. All prices are displayed in UK GBP and may be billed in your local currency depending on your banking provider.
The total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional duties if required. Orders outside of the UK and some EU orders may incur customs fees and will be charged upon the package reaching your destination country.
We have no control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.
You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
*Our delivery times may vary. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be delivered in case of delays out of our control with our shipping partners. Next day delivery applies only to UK mainland. Orders shipped outside of the UK can take 4-5 days.
