Beyond Creatine Monohydrate is a single-ingredient powder: 99.9% pure micronised creatine monohydrate and nothing else. Each 5g serving delivers a full daily dose in a fine, unflavoured powder that mixes cleanly into water, juice or your post-workout shake.

Creatine is one of the most extensively studied ingredients in sports nutrition. A daily intake of 3g or more of creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, which is why it's a staple for strength training, sprinting and team sports.

Each 300g pouch contains 60 servings – two months' supply at one serving a day. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. No added flavours, sweeteners, fillers or anti-caking agents.

How to Use

Mix one 5g serving (approximately one level teaspoon) with 250–300ml of water, juice or a shake and stir or shake well. Take once daily, ideally around training. Creatine works through consistent daily use rather than timing, so take it on rest days too.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for children or those under 18. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Store in a cool, dry place with the pouch sealed.
