Refund policy

We offer a 12-month warranty on all products covering items that are damaged, faulty, or develop a fault within this period providing a valid proof of purchase can be provided and the item was purchased from us. During the warranty period, we provide free returns and replacements.

If your product is damaged or faulty, please email a photo of the item to returns@beyondshakers.com

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri) to arrange a return or replacement.

Returns are hassle-free, and we cover all shipping costs for faulty or damaged items within the warranty period.

If you are returning a non-defective item, please note:

• Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

• The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

• Returns for ‘change of mind’ or non-faulty items are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
