Refund policy
We offer a 12-month warranty on all products covering items that are damaged, faulty, or develop a fault within this period providing a valid proof of purchase can be provided and the item was purchased from us. During the warranty period, we provide free returns and replacements.

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri) to arrange a return or replacement.
Returns are hassle-free, and we cover all shipping costs for faulty or damaged items within the warranty period.
If you are returning a non-defective item, please note:
