Warranty Policy

We offer a 12-month warranty on all products purchased directly from us, provided valid proof of purchase is supplied.

The warranty covers items that are faulty, damaged on arrival, or develop a manufacturing fault within the 12-month period.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by improper use, cleaning, storage, or handling.

During the warranty period, approved faulty items qualify for free returns and a replacement.

If your product is faulty or damaged on arrival, please email clear photos of the item to returns@beyondshakers.com

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday, to confirm the next steps.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Returns for Non-Defective Items

If you are returning an item that is not faulty:

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Returns for change of mind are accepted only if the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
