Add 200-300ml of your preferred liquid first (water, milk or plant-based milk), then 1-2 scoops of protein powder. Drop in the stainless steel whisk ball, secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Use the internal volume markers to measure your liquid accurately. The whisk ball breaks up clumps for a smooth, lump-free shake every time.

We recommend cold drinks only. Shaking a hot liquid in a sealed shaker can build up pressure and push the lid open. For chilled shakes and water, the double-wall insulation keeps drinks cold for 12+ hours.

The included stainless steel whisk ball is highly recommended for:

The whisk ball is made from the same high-quality stainless steel as your shaker and is completely safe to use.

Rinse with warm water straight after use, then wash daily with warm soapy water and a bottle brush. For stubborn residue, use a mix of baking soda and water. We always recommend washing by hand rather than in the dishwasher. Unlike plastic, stainless steel resists odours and stains.

Fill it with warm water and 2 tablespoons of baking soda and leave it overnight, or soak in white vinegar and water (1:1) for 30 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For stubborn odours, try denture cleaning tablets dissolved in warm water. Always make sure every part is completely dry before storing.

While the stainless steel construction can handle cold temperatures, we don't recommend freezing your shaker with liquid inside as:

• Liquid expansion could damage the seal
• It may affect the insulation properties
• The double-wall insulation already keeps drinks cold for hours

For extra-cold drinks, add ice cubes to your chilled beverage instead.

Sorry about that! Get in touch with your order number and a couple of photos of the damage, and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. There's no need to return the damaged item.

Our shakers hold 735ml, with volume markers on the inside so you can measure water or milk straight into the bottle. That's plenty for a full scoop of protein with room to shake.

Beyond Shakers are double-walled stainless steel, so they keep drinks cold for 12+ hours, don't hold on to smells like plastic does, and are built to last. They're BPA free and a much more sustainable choice than replacing cheap plastic shakers every few months.

Yes. The screw-top lid seals tightly, so you can throw your shaker in your gym bag without worrying. Just make sure the lid is screwed on fully and the spout cap is closed before shaking.
