Just a few weeks ago, our shakers were bursting with summery brightness: frozen berries, juicy peaches, and a splash of coconut water to keep things light and refreshing. Megan loved a simple blend of mixed berries, vanilla protein, and oat milk, perfect for that post-run energy boost.
